It has not been the best of times to try and sell a house. Despite this Jane managed to get enough clients interested in the property to ease our worries about making the sale in a reasonable time.We were particularly impressed with her visual presentation of the property with a special regard to the 3D display derived from the floor plan.We felt that this made it much easy for any prospective buyers to get a better idea of the property in order to make a decision on whether to view or not. We were in the market to a buy another property ourselves at the time and this aspect of Jane's sales technique was much better than a lot of the much larger estate agents. As Jane works alone we felt that this gave the deal a much more personalised aspect. We were kept up-to-date with the progress of the sales all the way through.
